Online wedding invitation cards in Delhi

Multi-event, multi-day invitations that hold up across the sangeet-haldi-baraat-reception rhythm Delhi families know.

Delhi weddings run long. North Indian Hindu weddings stack roka, tilak, sangeet, mehndi, haldi, baraat, pheras, and reception across the better part of a week. Punjabi Sikh families build around kirtan, anand karaj at the gurdwara, langar, and an evening reception. Old Delhi Muslim weddings keep the nikah-walima shape with mehndi nights between. Zawaaj's per-event model handles all of this — each event with its own venue, date, time, dress code, and RSVP — and the Hindu preset's north-region toggle surfaces roka + tilak as first-class event types when the host picks that region.

Cultural fit

Hindu preset with north_indian region toggle, Sikh preset, and Muslim preset are the most-picked for Delhi weddings. The Sikh preset defaults dryEvent=true on the Anand Karaj because Gurdwara premises prohibit alcohol; hosts can override per-event on the reception.

Questions

What people ask

Can I include all 7-8 wedding-week events on a single invitation?
Yes. There is no event limit. North Indian Hindu invitations regularly carry 6-8 events; the editor handles the visibility model so a guest invited only to the pheras + reception does not see the haldi + sangeet they were not invited to.
Does the Hindu preset support north-Indian-specific events like roka and tilak?
Yes. The Hindu preset has a region toggle. Picking north_indian surfaces roka and tilak as first-class event types in the editor; picking south_indian surfaces nichayathartham and muhurtham instead. Mixed-region couples can pick generic (no region) and choose from the full Hindu event-type list.
Is there a Sikh-specific template?
Storytelling Journey is the Sikh-preset default. It is a five-act narrative template that pairs the Anand Karaj with kirtan + langar + reception in a longer-form reading. Geometric Manuscript and Marigold Mandala also work for Sikh invitations.
