Custom URLs need admin review and DNS plumbing. Premium templates are real motion work, not Canva exports. The 100-row free cap is not a trial — it covers most family weddings.

If you only need one or two rows above the cap, send a note first — we often gift the first +10 cushion. The platform exists to help your invitation feel like yours; the upgrades are optional, not bait.

A few things to know

Are these subscriptions?
No. Every upgrade is a one-time charge. Pay once, keep the unlock on that invitation forever.
What does 'per invitation' actually mean?
Every upgrade is scoped to a single invitation. If you run two weddings on one account, each one has its own wallet — paying on one doesn't unlock the other. Bundles work the same way.
Will my guests need to sign up?
No. Invitee links are unauthenticated. Only the host signs in. Guests open the link and either browse or RSVP — that's it.
Can I change templates after publishing?
Yes, any time. The premium template unlock stays on the invitation; switch between any of the free templates and the unlocked premium ones whenever you want.
What if I want to invite more people halfway through?
Top up at ₹10 per row from the invitees page. The cap bumps instantly; existing RSVPs and invitee data stay untouched.
What's the refund policy?
7 days from purchase OR the earliest event date, whichever is sooner. Request from Settings → Payments; we process via Dodo. The entitlement is revoked when the refund clears. Premium fonts stay yours even if you refund the template — sticky gift. Full table + edge cases live at /refunds.
What happens to my invitation after the wedding?
Stays live forever. We archive invitations after the wedding date but keep them accessible to invitees — your URL keeps working.
Can I have multiple weddings on one account?
Yes. Each invitation has its own slug, its own URL, and its own upgrades. The dashboard switches between them.
What languages do you support?
English today. Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil UI are on the roadmap — see /roadmap for the order.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell data, we don't train models on it, and invitee phone numbers stay scoped to your invitation. See /privacy for the full list of processors (Convex, Clerk, Dodo, Resend, Cloudinary) and what each gets.
Can I export my data?
Yes. The invitees page exports CSV; the settings page exports a JSON archive (capped at your quota).
What payments do you support?
UPI, cards, and net-banking through Dodo Payments. The checkout opens in a new tab; you land back on the editor once the payment clears.
